Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Applies to first-time purchases of one unit per formula. Bulk orders (2+ of the same formula) are not eligible.
• To qualify, the original product container (opened or unopened) must be returned to us.

Process

1. Contact our team at hello@triunenutri.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Once the product is received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days).

Exclusions

• Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
• Promotional or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you’d prefer, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange for a different formula instead of a refund.

Our 30-day policy is designed as a risk-free trial period to ensure that our formulas fit into your lifestyle and feel good for your body.
